Operating Instructions
- Choose a flat, open play area away from stairs, glass, furniture, and people who are not playing.
- Set the wooden target base on the ground or a stable surface so it does not wobble.
- Agree on a throwing line before play starts; move closer for children or beginners.
- For a simple house game, each player or team throws the same number of rings per turn, standing behind the throwing line.
- Score one point for each ring that lands around a peg; the first player or team to 21 points wins.
- For a more competitive version, use the printed peg values if visible on the board and add those points each round.
- For children or quick play, skip scoring and play best-of-5 rounds: whoever lands more rings in a round wins that round.
- Keep throws underhand and gentle; do not throw rings at people, pets, walls, TVs, windows, or deck railings.
- After play, collect all rings, wipe off water or dirt, and return the game to its bag or storage spot.
