Operating Instructions

  1. Close refrigerator and freezer doors firmly after each use.
  2. Keep interior vents clear so cold air can circulate.
  3. Use the water/ice dispenser with a cup in place.
  4. If the dispenser does not work, check whether Control Lock is on.
  5. Report leaks, alarms, or temperature warnings to support.

Have a problem?

  • Water or ice dispenser does not work
    1. Confirm both refrigerator doors are fully closed; the dispenser will not run while a door is open.
    2. Make sure the correct water or ice mode is selected.
    3. Hold the cup firmly against the dispenser paddle and listen for normal dispenser sound.
    4. If it still does not dispense, contact your host rather than moving the refrigerator or changing water valves.
  • Ice maker is not making ice
    1. Confirm the freezer door is fully closed.
    2. Check that the ice bin is installed and ice is not clumped at the opening.
    3. Use water from the dispenser if ice is unavailable.
    4. Contact your host; do not remove panels or press internal test buttons.
  • Ice is jammed, clumped, or dispenses slowly
    1. Stop pressing the dispenser paddle.
    2. Try water instead of ice if the dispenser sounds strained.
    3. Contact your host if ice does not dispense normally.
  • Door alarm sounds or refrigerator feels warm
    1. Check that all refrigerator and freezer doors are fully closed.
    2. Move any package blocking the door or interior vents.
    3. Avoid holding the doors open for long periods.
    4. Contact your host if the alarm continues or food no longer feels cold.
  • Water or ice looks discolored or tastes wrong
    1. Stop using the water and ice dispenser.
    2. Use bottled water if available.
    3. Contact your host immediately.
