Operating Instructions
- Close refrigerator and freezer doors firmly after each use.
- Keep interior vents clear so cold air can circulate.
- Use the water/ice dispenser with a cup in place.
- If the dispenser does not work, check whether Control Lock is on.
- Report leaks, alarms, or temperature warnings to support.
Have a problem?
- Water or ice dispenser does not work
- Confirm both refrigerator doors are fully closed; the dispenser will not run while a door is open.
- Make sure the correct water or ice mode is selected.
- Hold the cup firmly against the dispenser paddle and listen for normal dispenser sound.
- If it still does not dispense, contact your host rather than moving the refrigerator or changing water valves.
- Ice maker is not making ice
- Confirm the freezer door is fully closed.
- Check that the ice bin is installed and ice is not clumped at the opening.
- Use water from the dispenser if ice is unavailable.
- Contact your host; do not remove panels or press internal test buttons.
- Ice is jammed, clumped, or dispenses slowly
- Stop pressing the dispenser paddle.
- Try water instead of ice if the dispenser sounds strained.
- Contact your host if ice does not dispense normally.
- Door alarm sounds or refrigerator feels warm
- Check that all refrigerator and freezer doors are fully closed.
- Move any package blocking the door or interior vents.
- Avoid holding the doors open for long periods.
- Contact your host if the alarm continues or food no longer feels cold.
- Water or ice looks discolored or tastes wrong
- Stop using the water and ice dispenser.
- Use bottled water if available.
- Contact your host immediately.
