Operating Instructions
- Wear athletic shoes, keep children and pets away, and clip the safety key to your waistband before starting.
- Confirm the treadmill is plugged into its grounded outlet or surge suppressor, then set the power switch near the power cord to Reset.
- Stand on the side foot rails, insert the safety key into the console, and wait for the display to light.
- Press Start. The walking belt begins at low speed; hold the handrails and step onto the belt only after it is moving steadily.
- To speed up gradually, press the Speed + button one tap at a time. To slow down, press Speed - one tap at a time.
- If you use a numbered QuickSpeed shortcut, choose a low number first; shortcut buttons can jump directly to that speed.
- To adjust the slope gradually, press Incline + or Incline - one tap at a time. QuickIncline shortcuts can jump directly to the selected incline.
- To pause or stop, step onto the side foot rails first and press Stop. Press Start to resume at low speed if needed.
- For private audio, pair your earbuds/headphones to your own phone or tablet, then play iFIT, music, or audio from that device.
- If you want phone audio through the treadmill speakers, hold the Bluetooth Audio button on the console for about 3 seconds until it tones/flashes, then select the treadmill console from your phone Bluetooth menu.
- When finished, remove the safety key, set the power switch Off, and leave the treadmill clear and dry.
Have a problem?
- Treadmill will not power on or start
- Confirm the power cord is plugged in and the safety key is fully inserted.
- Check that the power switch near the cord is in the Reset position.
- If the switch has tripped, wait 5 minutes, press it back in, reinsert the key, and try Start once.
- If it still will not start, stop troubleshooting and contact your host.
- Walking belt slips, slows, or feels uneven
- Step onto the foot rails and press Stop.
- Do not continue running or walking on a slipping belt.
- Contact your host so the belt can be checked before further use.
- Incline does not change correctly
- Stop the workout and step onto the side rails.
- Do not force the treadmill or keep retrying if the incline sounds stuck.
- Contact your host.
- Console stays lit or appears to be in demo mode
- Remove the safety key and set the power switch Off after use.
- If the display stays lit, hold Stop for a few seconds once to try exiting demo mode.
- Contact your host if it remains on.
- Squeaking, scraping, or unusual noise during use
- Stop using the treadmill immediately.
- Remove the safety key and contact your host.
- Do not keep using it if the sound repeats.
- iFIT, Bluetooth audio, or earbuds do not connect
- Use manual mode if iFIT does not connect; the treadmill can still run with Start, Stop, Speed, and Incline controls.
- For private listening, pair earbuds/headphones to your own phone or tablet rather than changing treadmill settings.
- If you want phone audio through the treadmill speakers, hold Bluetooth Audio for about 3 seconds, wait for the tone/flashing button, then select the treadmill console from your phone Bluetooth menu.
- If a previous guest device is connected, press Bluetooth Audio once to try reconnecting, or use your own phone speakers/earbuds.
- Do not change iFIT account, service, Wi-Fi, or firmware settings; contact your host if needed.
