Operating Instructions

  1. Add liquid first, then softer ingredients, then frozen fruit or ice pieces on top.
  2. Keep ingredients and liquid below the MAX line on the 24 oz cup.
  3. Do not blend hot liquids, carbonated drinks, or anything that can build pressure in the sealed cup.
  4. Twist the extractor blade onto the cup firmly, then turn the cup upside down and lock it into the 600-watt motor base.
  5. Blend in short pulses or a short continuous cycle until smooth; stop if the motor sounds strained.
  6. Unplug the base before removing stuck food, cleaning near the blades, or wiping the base.

Have a problem?

  • Blender leaks from the cup or blade assembly
    1. Stop blending and unplug the base.
    2. Check that the cup is not filled above the MAX line.
    3. Make sure the blade assembly is screwed on straight and snug, then try again over the sink.
    4. If it still leaks, do not use it and contact your host.
  • Cup or blade assembly is hard to remove after blending
    1. Let the cup sit for a minute before opening.
    2. Hold the cup upright over the sink and twist slowly.
    3. Do not use tools or force it; contact your host if it is stuck.
  • Motor smells hot, shuts off, or will not start
    1. Stop immediately and unplug the blender.
    2. Let it cool for at least 15 minutes.
    3. Use more liquid or a smaller batch if you try again.
    4. Contact your host if it still smells hot or will not start.
  • Ingredients are not blending smoothly
    1. Add more liquid and use a smaller batch.
    2. Cut frozen fruit into smaller pieces.
    3. Pulse a few times, then blend again briefly.
    4. Do not shake the base while plugged in.
  • Blade area has food buildup or odor
    1. Rinse the cup and blade soon after use.
    2. Do not put fingers near the blades.
    3. Contact your host if odor remains.
