Operating Instructions
- Load laundry loosely and do not pack the drum; mix large and small items when possible.
- Use high-efficiency detergent only and do not exceed the dispenser markings.
- Close the door firmly, press Power, and select Normal or a cycle that matches the fabric label.
- Press Start/Pause to begin the wash cycle.
- Wait for the door-lock light to turn off before opening the door.
- After use, remove laundry promptly and leave the door slightly open so the drum can dry.
Have a problem?
- Door is locked or will not open
- Press Start/Pause and wait for the washer to stop.
- Wait for the door-lock light to turn off before pulling the door.
- If water is visible in the drum, do not force the door; contact your host.
- If the cycle has finished but the door still will not open, contact your host.
- Washer shows IE / inlet error or does not fill
- Pause the washer and confirm the door is closed.
- Do not move the washer or touch water valves.
- Contact your host if the washer does not fill normally.
- Washer shows UE / unbalance error or will not spin
- Pause the washer and wait for the door to unlock.
- Redistribute bulky items evenly or add a few similar-weight items if the load is very small.
- Close the door and press Start/Pause once.
- Contact your host if the code returns.
- Washer smells musty or drum stays wet
- Remove laundry promptly after the cycle finishes.
- Leave the door slightly open after use so air can circulate.
- Contact your host if odor is strong or water remains in the drum.
- Steam cycle is hot or door remains locked
- Do not touch the glass during steam cycles.
- Wait for the door lock to release before opening.
- Do not try to override the lock or reach into the washer during steam.
