Operating Instructions
- Keep blankets, bags, furniture, and children away from the front of the fireplace.
- Use the remote or control panel for power and flame settings.
- Use heat only when the area in front is clear.
- Turn heat/flame Off before leaving the room or going to sleep.
- Contact your host if controls do not respond.
Have a problem?
- Fireplace does not turn on
- Confirm the TV stand/fireplace is plugged in and the outlet has power.
- Try the fireplace touch panel on the unit if the remote does not work.
- Make sure nothing is blocking the control panel or remote sensor.
- If it still does not turn on, contact your host.
- Remote does not work
- Point the remote at the fireplace or LED sensor area and try again.
- Use the touch panel on the fireplace if the fireplace remote does not respond.
- Contact your host for replacement batteries or remote help.
- Flames are on but no heat comes out
- Confirm heat mode is turned on; flame-only mode does not heat.
- Increase the heat setting if available.
- Wait a minute for the heater fan to start.
- If there is still no heat, turn it off and contact your host.
- Fireplace shuts off, smells hot, or seems overheated
- Turn the fireplace off immediately.
- Move blankets, bags, furniture, and other items away from the vents.
- Let the unit cool and contact your host before using heat again.
- Cabinet LED lights do not change color or turn on
- Confirm you are using the LED light remote or LED controls, not the fireplace remote.
- Point the remote toward the LED receiver area.
- Contact your host if the LED lights still do not respond.
