AQUBT Ceiling Fan with Light

Guest-safe instructions for using the AQUBT low-profile ceiling fan and light remote, including wall switch power, 6 fan speeds, light on/off, brightness, color temperature, timer, and reverse airflow.

Operating Instructions

  1. Turn the wall light switch On first; the fan and light remote will not work if the wall switch is Off.
  2. Press the Light ON/OFF button on the remote to turn the LED light on or off after wall power is On.
  3. Press the Fan Speed button to move through the 6 fan speeds; start low and increase gradually.
  4. Press the Fan OFF button to stop airflow while leaving the light available.
  5. Press the Color Temperature button to cycle the light between warm, neutral, and cool white.
  6. When the light is on, press and hold the Light Dimming button to dim or brighten the light; release when it feels comfortable.
  7. Use the Timer buttons only if you want the fan and light to shut off automatically after the selected time, such as 1 hour, 4 hours, or 8 hours.
  8. Use Natural Wind only if you want the fan speed to vary automatically between low and high.
  9. Use the Reverse/Direction button only if airflow feels wrong for the season; the fan may slow down, stop, and restart in the opposite direction.
  10. Before leaving the room or checkout, turn the fan and light off with the remote and leave the remote visible in the room.

Have a problem?

  • Remote does not control the fan or light
    1. Make sure the wall switch for that room is On.
    2. Try the Light ON/OFF button and Fan Speed button once each.
    3. Check that the remote batteries are seated if the remote indicator does not flash when a button is pressed.
    4. Contact your host if the wall switch is On and the remote still does not work.
  • Light is too bright, too dim, or the color feels wrong
    1. Press the Color Temperature button to cycle warm, neutral, and cool white.
    2. With the light on, press and hold the Light Dimming button to dim or brighten; release when the brightness looks right.
    3. Press Light ON/OFF if you want the fan without the light.
  • Fan speed is too strong or too weak
    1. Use the remote speed controls to lower or raise the fan speed.
    2. Give the fan a few seconds to settle after each speed change.
    3. Turn the fan off if it makes unusual noise or shakes.
  • Remote is missing or batteries are dead
    1. Check the bedside table, dresser, and nearby shelves.
    2. Use the wall switch for basic power if the remote is missing.
    3. Contact your host for a replacement remote or batteries.
  • Fan makes noise, rubs, or wobbles
    1. Turn the fan off with the remote.
    2. Do not keep running the fan if it wobbles or makes scraping sounds.
    3. Contact your host.
