Have a problem?

  • Food is not crisp or browned
    1. Cook smaller batches so air can circulate around the food.
    2. Shake or flip food during cooking when the Shake light appears.
    3. For foods that need oil, toss lightly with a small amount of oil in a separate bowl before placing food in the basket.
    4. Add a few more minutes if food is safe but not crisp yet.
  • Food cooks unevenly
    1. Do not pack food tightly in the basket.
    2. Shake, toss, or flip food at least once during cooking.
    3. Cook in batches for fries, wings, or other small pieces.
  • Smoke comes from the air fryer
    1. Press Start/Stop, unplug the air fryer, and let it cool.
    2. Do not keep cooking if smoke continues.
    3. Contact your host so the basket and inside of the unit can be checked.
  • Air fryer shows E1, E2, or E3
    1. For E3, unplug the air fryer and let it cool completely before trying again once.
    2. For E1 or E2, stop using the air fryer and contact your host.
    3. Do not open the unit or try to repair it.
  • Basket is sticky or coating looks damaged
    1. Do not use aerosol cooking spray on the basket or rack.
    2. Let the air fryer cool, then wash the removable basket and rack with warm soapy water.
    3. Contact your host if coating is peeling or food sticks badly.
